Ms. Byrne’s 1st and 2nd class have been very busy practicing for their performance in the Arklow Feis over the past few weeks. Their funny poem ‘Her First Flight’ told the story of a child going on holidays to Tenerife, questioning their Daddy about everything around them.
All their hard work paid off today as they took 1st prize in their Action Poem category in the Arklow Bay Hotel and brought the cup back to Scoil Ghormáin Naofa Castletown. Well done to all involved!
