We kicked off this year’s Concern debate tournament today against a great Screen NS team. We were delighted to successfully defeat the motion that ‘Uniforms are a thing of the past’! We are very excited to progress to the quarter finals soon!
We are thrilled to be part of the Concern debating tournament again this year. Last year, our team of Sam, Diarmuid, Cillian, Charlie, Lizzy and Sophia reached the finals only for Covid to hit, bringing a premature end to the competition.
This year our team have progressed to the next round and look forward to a debate via Barntown on 10th December. We wish Lizzy, Sophia, Cillian and Charlie the very best of luck!
