Anti-bullying stance

Ensuring our pupils’ safety and happiness in school is of paramount importance to us. We believe that prevention is better than cure and as such pay close attention to what is happening in school; both in class and on yard. Through assemblies and discrete lessons in RSE and Stay SAFE, we aim to create an environment that is inclusive and friendly. We use an anti-bullying wall to display positive behaviour messages.

We use restorative practice to repair damaged relationships. Reflection sheets are used to help resolve relationships and conflict.

Our anti-bullying policies and checklists are available under policies for you to view.

We promote the audibiity of the student voice through active student committees such as The Amber Ambassadors (for mental health), Student Council, Green Council and Active Flag council
