We welcomed Cathy Lee to school along with James Beesley and the Local Authority Waters and Communities group who planted crab apple trees with us for Tree Planting Week! Junior infants really enjoyed this welly time and the weather really helped to make it even more enjoyable!

Well done to all who entered our #engineersweek2025 competition; recreate a world famous landmark! We had Stonehenge on the beach, Statue of liberty, Golden Gate Bridge, Pyramid @ the Louvre, London Eye, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Pyramids of Giza and the Eiffel Tower to name but a few! A VISIT FROM THE NUTTY SCIENTISTS! As part of Engineer’s Week, we treated our lucky pupils to a visit from Nutty Science crew!

RUN AROUND IRELAND! For the month of January and February we Ran Around Ireland getting exercise and learning some geography and history on the way. We love these bright days!
