Well done to Zhenya who brought in his medals to show us today. He presented them to the class and my how his English has come on since arriving from Ukraine not so long ago!!!

1st class read and enjoyed the story of The Children of Lir. For art, they created a mixed blue background and placed their swans on them. Wonderful ! Beautiful fine motor skills with the cutting too!

Senior infants have an autumn market in their dramatic play area selling pumpkin soups, hot chocolate, and warm clothes to keep them warm!Their junk art area is being used to make birds nestsThe construction area is being used to create shelter for the animals in the colder monthsThe sensory tray has been filled with soil, gardening tools and lots of materials found in the garden.
